Three well-known ways to loosen a tight neck, in one 15-minute session, lying down.
Three things at once
Heat that reaches the muscle. Up to 112°F across the cradle. Warm muscle lets go; cold muscle holds on. Three levels, so you pick the warmth you like.
Vibration where the knots live. Four patterns across the base of the skull and the tops of the shoulders — the two spots your thumbs go to first. It works the tightness out while the heat keeps the muscle soft.
A gentle lift you can’t do yourself. The air chamber inflates slowly and tilts your head back about 26°. That creates space and gives you the long, held stretch you’d normally need someone else’s two hands for. It releases on its own.
Your first 15 minutes
1. Charge. USB-C, about 90 minutes to full. One charge runs four 30-minute sessions.
2. Lie back. Bed, sofa, or floor. Rest the back of your neck in the cradle and press start. Pick heat, vibration, traction — or all three.
3. Let it run. It shuts off by itself. Most people start with 5–10 minutes the first few nights and work up to 15.
Settings, plainly
- Heat: 3 levels. Level 1 is barely warm, level 3 is about 112°F. Start at 1.
- Vibration: 4 patterns (steady, wave, pulse, tap), 3 intensities.
- Traction: one button. It inflates over about 20 seconds, holds, releases. You can stop it at any point.
- Timer: 15 minutes by default; 30-minute auto-off hard stop.
First week
Nights 1–3: heat + vibration only, 10 minutes. Nights 4–7: add traction, 10–15 minutes. After that, whatever combination you like. If something feels like too much, it is — turn it down.
