What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns on unworn pieces with tags attached. Returns are free within the US — start one from your account or the Track Order page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our US fulfilment centre. Standard delivery then takes 2–4 business days.
Do you offer any savings on larger orders?
Yes — spend-and-save is automatic at checkout: $20 off orders of $175+, and $40 off orders of $300+. No codes required.
How do your pieces fit?
Our pieces are cut true to size with a relaxed, considered fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a closer fit. See the Size Guide below for measurements.
What are your clothes made from?
We work with considered, natural fabrics — merino, linen, cotton and wool — chosen for how they feel, wear and age. Each product page lists its specific composition.
How should I care for my Altyo pieces?
Cold gentle machine wash with like colours, or dry clean depending on the fabric. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to hear when it launches.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our US fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $99; a flat $6 applies below that.
Spend-and-save is automatic at checkout: $20 off orders of $175+, and $40 off orders of $300+. No codes required.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free within the US.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your orders and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@altyo.co.

Billing Terms
